Nano Rings/Beads, Micro Rings/Loops, Mini Locks/Easilocks & Tape ins
Essex Hair Extensions can offer a fitting method to suit most hair types and requirements including micro rings/micro loops, mini locks (also known as easilocks) nano rings/beads and tape ins. Advice on the one best suited to you will be given at your free consultation which is usually carried out at my home near Southend-on Sea, Essex. If you've dreamed of having longer, fuller more luxurious hair whether for a special occasion such as a wedding or prom, to add colour and volume without chemicals or for confidence boosting glamour that will last for months you have come to the right place. I am also one of the few mobile hair extension services in Essex to offer tape in hair extensions.
All my services are carried out using Remy cuticle correct 100% human hair and include blending/cutting and finishing.
Micro Rings/
Micro Loops
Individual strands (approximately 120+ for a full head) are attached to tiny sections of your natural hair with a silicone lined aluminium ring. This method uses no glue, heat or chemicals during installation or removal and is therefore the method of choice for many people. Lasts 3/4 months with good aftercare and requires maintenance at 6/8 weeks. At the end of this period the hair can be refitted or replaced.
Mini Locks / EasiLocks
Individual strands (approximately 120+ for a full head) are attached to small sections of your natural hair using a tiny copper tube or mini lock forming a neat bond. A slighlty more discreet fitting than micro rings ideal for fine/blonde hair. This system is also known by the brand name Easilocks. Lasts 3/4 months and requires maintenance at 6/8 weeks.
Nano Rings/
Nano Beads
90% smaller than the traditional micro ring and less visible once fitted. Working on the same no heat/no glue/no chemicals principle as micro rings, they are kind to your natural hair. The extension hair is attached to a wire allowing a much smaller bond. Maintenance is required at 8/10 weeks where hair is removed and refitted. The extra time with this method means a virtually undetectable fit. Available in Indian Remy and Brazilian Remy hair.
Tape or Skin Weft attaches sections of weft hair to finely woven sections of your natural hair with double sided tape. They can be worn for approx 8 weeks and are removed using an oil based formula. Gentle on your natural hair, no harsh chemicals are used in the removal process. Premium hair can last up to 6 months with good care so can be refitted. Faster fitting is cost effective and a great permanent alternative to clip ins. Good for all types but especially finer hair. EHE is one of the few mobile hair extension services in Essex to offer this method.
